About Me
Brendan Le
My favorite things: traveling, hiking, ice hockey.
Brendan is a litigator at one of the nation’s largest civilian employers. He defends a governmental agency in all aspects of employment-related litigation, including discrimination, harassment, whistleblower retaliation, and wrongful termination complaints.
During law school, Brendan served as a legal extern with various federal government agencies, including the United States Postal Service and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, on employment defense and administrative law matters. He also served as a law clerk with Asian Americans Advancing Justice in Los Angeles, working on discrimination and wage and hour issues. Prior to entering the public sector, he worked at a boutique firm representing individuals involved in personal injury actions.
In his free time, Brendan enjoys hiking and traveling. To date, he has visited 33 countries, 34 U.S. states, and over half of Canada.
